| In recent years,the wind power industry in our country has developed rapidly,and the capacity of wind turbines has become more and more enormous.With the wind turbines operation time increases,the life period of the fault rate has gradually increased.The gearbox is the core component of the main drive chain of the wind turbine,after the gearbox has appeared fault,due to the restriction of wind turbine space and gearbox structure,the maintenance of gearbox is mainly based on taking the whole main drive chain down from the nacelle,The process above is complex,it requires high technical level operators,and occupies a large number of maintenance equipment and has a longer maintenance cycle.Therefore,the companies are faced with enormous pressure on maintenance costs.In view of the above problem,this paper takes 1.5MW and 1.0MW two DFIG-based wind turbines as the object of study.Starting from the analysis of the wind turbines nacelle space structure,the rapid replacement technology scheme of the gearbox is proposed.Through theoretical calculation and practical verification,it concludes that the scheme is safe and reliable,and the process equipment is easy to operate,all of them can meet the actual needs of the gearbox maintenance project.The scheme effectively shortens the maintenance cycle of the gearbox,which saves the cost of maintenance for the gearbox manufacturers and for wind power owners to save the loss of generated energy.In a word,the scheme has good economic benefits.The design of rapid replacement technology scheme for DFIG-based wind turbines mainly based on the consideration of the wind turbines safety.This paper is based on the establishment of 1.5MW wind turbines model by means of GL Bladed software,the safety of the rapid process scheme is evaluated.It mainly analyzed the influence of wind turbines load before and after the gearbox replaced.Through the ANSYS Workbench numerical simulation method,the key components strength of wind turbines are checked and simulated.Finally,according to the calculation results,the process equipment was designed and manufactured.The above analysis results can guide the process of gearbox replacement up-tower,and compile the replacement process document for gearbox maintenance.The scheme has been successfully applied to the gearbox replacement of 1.5MW wind turbines in Ningxia. |
