Reducer is a kind of equipment which employed usually in modern mechanical field,which main aim is to reduce speed and increase torque.The gear box is a stable structure which effect is to support and damp effect of the reducer,and the reducer structure affects directly the the stability.So,it is necessary to analyze the gear box and find out the weak parts in the use of gear box.At the same time,the structure of the gear box can be optimized when we obtain the analysis result of gear box and in this condition we can achieve the purpose of saving the material under the condition of satisfying the use.The main content of this paper mainly has the following several aspects:According to the internal structure of the reducer to analyze the structure and mechanical parameters which determine the of the gear box,and analyze it stress state in different conditions.According to the real working environment of the gear to determine the gear box constraints and loads.Establish the model of gear box is in three-dimensional software Solidworks and import it to Workbench ANSYS to analyze the static and dynamic state in finite condition.,and in the static analysis we will analyze the deformation and equivalent stress of the gear box under different working conditions,and the modal analysis is mainly carried out in the dynamic analysis.According to the two kinds of analysis,we can give the suggestions for improving the structure design of the gear box in relative weak position of the gear box.Based on the finite element analysis of the original model,we can give the optimization of the gear box,and the main aim is to redesign the thickness wall of the gear box,and in the last we find a more appropriate optimization In several optimization methods,and when we have finished the calculation and analysis of static and dynamic characteristics in the gear box in the unchanged greatly the quality of the gear box condition,the materials are reduced about 5.93 percent,so as toreduce the use of materials and realize the purpose of saving resources.
