Study On Landscape Reconstruction Strategies Of Urban Residential Area Opening

Residence is a necessary condition for human survival,the living environment of the city is directly related to people’s quality of life.Since the reform and opening up,China’s city residents living conditions have been greatly improved,but the early construction of the residential area as the city planning management is not strict,so it gradually development as the common construction of independent large residential area closed,broaden the road could never help cars things out,thus the problem calls up traffic jam,long travel time,low resource utilization,the monotonous urban landscape and lack of the area exchange.With the development of the city,closed residential area become more and more obstacles to the development of city construction,the degradation of its internal environment also contradicts the growing environmental quality of its inhabitants.In recent years,the concept of "community opening" has been proposed by many scholars.National City work conference of the State Council issued "a number of opinions on Further Strengthening the administration of city planning and construction " also clearly proposed the principle of "In principle,the construction of closed residential communities will not be built,and the housing estates and units will be opened gradually”,in order to increase road density,so as to improve the urban traffic.This article mainly aims at the problems of residential area closed inconvenience and city traffic management to the internal cause,Combining the ecological,holistic and sustainable construction of urban planning,to explore the reconstruction design of the layout of residential areas,to promote the transportation of the area and the overall balanced development of the city;And to explore the possible changes in the community’s internal environment and its residents’ life,and to explore the development of residential space environment,road greening,residential park,landscape nodes and landscape facilities,to make up for their negative effects to find the balance between urban development and the interests of residents.Finally,it provides reasonable methods for the renovation of residential areas.This article uses literature analysis,investigation investigation,case analysis,comparative analysis,empirical analysis and other methods to explore the urban residential open landscape design strategies,the main text is divided into three parts:The first part defined the concept of China’s residential area of the city,sort out the development of residential area in our country,summarized the morphologicalcharacteristics of contemporary residential area,and explored the reasons that closed residential areas formed in China,and through on-the-spot investigation closed residential area it summarized the problems of closed residential area the analysis between the existing residential district,the causes of the problems and the closed form of the causal link,put forward the necessity of the transformation of the residential district open.The second part of the above sum up the problems,through the city of domestic and foreign open,semi open type residential features comparison analysis and development advantages of shape,and the residential renovation success cases have specific reference,proposed to the residential area open to transformation from layout,traffic,landscape,livable,discuss five the level of the humanities,put forward corresponding strategies for each level.The third part is based on field investigation of Zhengzhou city residential area,explored the contradiction between open process may bring to the residential area,explored the living environment,in the process of reform of city traffic,landscaping,deep cultural atmosphere demand four aspects,put forward the implementation strategy of opening reform in five aspects,and selected two different properties which is representative of the residential design proving.Combining with the current design process planning of residential district of the city landscape and city hot city green road,city Slow Traffic System planning,design for the Sponge City technology,and summarized the key effect on opening of residential area and the city surroundings the residential environment.Analyzed the same and specificity points,summed up the more general applicability of Residential Open transformation landscape design strategy,with a view to the future of residential areas to open policy reference.Finally it get the conclusion that the transformation of opening residential district should start with the layout,traffic,landscape,livable,discussed five aspects of humanity,from the layout structure,traffic organization,developing slow traffic and enhancing living environment,to redistrict the closed cell,tightening community,to adjust the traffic organization,to design slow green-way system and to increase greening and planting density in living space,to construct parks and open space,to increase humanities landscape facilities,in order to promote the city and the same time insuring the reasonable internal layout of residential areas and residents living environment.Opening the residential area helps to increase the residential district exchanges,promote to enter the construction of humanistic care,infiltrate the urban green space system into the residential area,and increase the effective use of green resources,promote the ecological and sustainable development of the city,and accelerate the pace of urban construction as a whole.
