As the environmental pollution intensifies and the country's overall demand for energy structure adjustment,new energy sources have developed rapidly.As a smart grid in the home energy storage type photovoltaic power generation system is the representative of new energy.With the reduction of the production cost of energy storage batteries and the recovery and reuse of the battery after the attenuation of the electric vehicle battery pack,the battery charge and discharge research in the photovoltaic energy storage system becomes the key content.Therefore,this paper will be the storage battery charge and discharge research in the two-way DC-DC converter design.The use of multi-channel to increase the total output power of bidirectional converters,the application of staggered parallel and magnetic integration technology can effectively suppress the current ripple and improve the dynamic response speed of the converter.But the increase in the number of converter channels will make the converter design the difficulty of the corresponding increase.In this paper,the design of the use of the main channel and other channels of the main coupling between the coupling to form a fully coupled program,the use of staggered parallel technology,through the coupling design to ensure that the converter in the dynamic response performance based on the purpose of reducing current ripple.In the same dynamic response speed,with the use of the main inductor non-coupled form of six-channel interleaved parallel bi-directional converter comparison.Through the verification can be used to achieve the main inductance full coupling can significantly reduce the single-phase current ripple,the total output current ripple and the total output voltage ripple.Based on the theory and mathematical derivation,optimization design,simulation and experiment,this paper concludes that the current ripple and the total output current ripple of each channel can be suppressed by using the fully coupled 6-channel magnetic bi-directional converter The total output voltage ripple,improve the response speed of the converter.
