Aiming at the problem of arcless flexible operation of DC circuit breaker,a topological structure and control scheme of hybrid high voltage DC circuit breaker with fast breakage are proposed.The problem of commutation circuit parameters and circuit breaker operation time is studied.The topology can effectively inhibit the mechanical switch to open the instantaneous reverse voltage,control the operation of the arc reignition.Using the GTO's full-control feature,the forced commutation capacitor is not subjected to reverse charging,reducing unnecessary current transfer and accelerating the segmentation speed of the circuit breaker.Through the dismantling of the topology process,the equivalent circuit is obtained,and the differential equation is deduced and solved,and the hardware and software design of the control circuit is carried out.Simulink software is used to simulate the topology.By comparing the simulation data of the two schemes,it can be proved that the topology of this paper is faster and the breaking capacity is stronger,and the mechanical switching branch current can be realized within 0.2ms Zero,to achieve high-speed repulsion mechanical switch fast arc-free open,is a highly viable topology program.
