With the fast development of Web of Things,Intelligent Security and Protection(ISP)area has also developed in full swing.As Intelligent Emergency Plan is an important branch of ISP area,its intelligence is established on full-information emergency platform,through technologies like WoT and systems like live video surveillance system to gain information real-time environment data,production data and video information quickly,thus to realize full-information interaction with the scene of emergency in real time.While as there are multiple cognitive devices and sub-systems deployed in the environment of the ISP,abundant alarm data will be generated,which form real-time event streams mixed with some wrong-alarm events,reduplicate events and irrelevant events,moreover,information of some important events always hides in these streams.Therefore,it is of great importance for systems to process alarm event streams and match complex events in them in real time.Moreover,our ISP platform also face the problem of integrating different kinds of ISP sub-systems and making plan to response and process emergency in real time according to different kinds of alarm events.To solve the problems above,first of all,complex event processing(CEP)technology is used to make complex event processing through multiple real-time simple event streams,to match out hidden complex alarm events,and the experiments prove it effective and practical.Secondly,according to the problem of high output throughput of CEP risen from reduplicate complex event matches,a reduplicate complex event processing optimization algorithm based on feedback is proposed,which makes full use of the equivalence attributes of the first matched complex event,and brings in a Tf(short for "time interval of feedback detection")parameter,to absorb latter relevant reduplicate events in the feedback partition based on the values of the equivalence attributes in the consistent time of the current complex event.The algorithm proves to decrease the output throughput of CEP brought by reduplicate ones and solves the problem of reduplicate problem of CEP.Finally,an IFTTT(if this then that)intelligent emergency plan system is proposed to support the ability to flexibly configure,arrange and schedule service resource in real time,based on the idea of IFTTT.The test cases proves the intelligence and scalability of the system brought by complex event processing and the service arrangement and scheduling.
