In the connector industry,the quality of electrical connector has attracted more and more attention.But now the study of electrical connector routine testing is relatively less.The routine testing can not be reasonable set by combining with their own product performance and use conditions.Find out some of the shortcomings and give reasonable optimization method which is based on the theory of electrical connects.In this paper,the object of this study is the the organization order of routine testing.The purpose of optimization is to reduce test costs and improve targeted goals,providing an effective testing program to ensure that electrical connector failure does not occur in the using life.The method of the study is the analysis of the failure mechanism and actual working conditions,then identify problems and optimizing.In this paper,the corrosion failure scenarios is specific researched.The reference results for the detection of corrosion at the scene of the failure of routine tests is given.It can help improve the electrical connector detection capability and understand of electrical connector routine testing organization through the result of study of this paper.
