It is not only the pursuit of material enjoyment, but also pursuit of better spiritual enjoyment. After summarizing the current status of the domestic Smart Home Appliance, this paper researches and designs a Smart Home Platform based on the internet of things to provide a low-cost management scheme for the Smart Home,so as to improve the living quality in our country after all.In order to impactful control and implementation of the Smart Home Plat-form, this paper designs a set of ZigBee 2.4G wireless smart home system. With high performance, low power S3C6410 chip system is combined with Linux em-bedded system as a CPU for central management unit, using CMU to achieve ZigBee wireless communication, the interconnection and interaction of wireless home appliance nodes and wireless sensor nodes will all bring us a small " Inter-net of things" of Smart Home Platform and by using the mature Internet network to achieve the remote control, and the Platform has functions of the operation test and a delayed test.The design in this paper is based on a low-cost intelligent Home Appliance Platform via internet of things to provide a feasible solution and good technical support for the realization of smart home, and to enhance better quality of our life on the basis of energy saving and for us to create a new, efficient,comfort-able, safe,convenient, environmentally life. There will be a broad and applica-tive prospect in the field of such intelligent Smart Home Appliance in China.
