The geological disaster such as water inrush or water burst seriously hinders the progress of the project and threatens the life safety of the technicians and the stability of the later operation of the tunnel. With the water gushing gradually increased and the consequences increasingly serious and complex, routing technology is a common means to solve the above problems. Therefore, it is necessary to study the theory and mechanism of the diffusion of water slurry and its application in Engineering, and it can provide theoretical support and technical support for the treatment of water inrush disaster.Through laboratory tests, according to the comparative analysis of the test results of physical and mechanical properties of glass fiber cement slurry. Different types of grouting model and slurry plugging model were constructed. The diffusion law and plugging mechanism of different flow patterns were studied. The glass fiber cement slurry was successfully applied in engineering field grouting of Qiyueshan tunnel and achieving good effect. The following practical conclusions are drawn:(1) Through the laboratory tests, according to the test results, the influence of different contents of glass fiber on the cement slurry of fluidity, tensile strength and impermeability was investigated.we get that with the increase of glass fiber content, the fluidity, tensile strength and impermeability grade of glass fiber cement slurry were improved to some extent. However, the compressive properties of the composites were increased and then decreased. At the same time, the critical water cement ratio of each flow pattern of glass fiber cement was made clearly.(2) The spatial position of the water different tunnel outlet was divided. The diffusion of water slurry is divided into two types: water surface and back surface. According to the characteristics of gushing channel, Dynamic water grouting models of single plate crack and single cylinder pipe were structured. Based on the hydrodynamics, rheological mechanics, mechanics of elasticity, the diffusion equations of different flow regimes were derived and the calculation formula of dynamic water slurry diffusion was defined.(3) According to the existing literature and indoor and outdoor test,the method of selecting the parameters of grouting was determined. The influence of various parameters on the diffusion law of slurry was analyzed by theoretical calculation. In a single plate grouting, diffusion is difficult on water surface.However, in a single pipe grouting, the slurry flow pattern has obvious influence on the diffusion. At the same time,the plugging mechanism and plugging criterion of single plate and single pipeline were analyzed. The formula of minimum distance of plugging and critical grouting quantity was defined and to provide theoretical basis for the same type of engineering.(4) The glass fiber cement slurry used in water plugging project in Qiyueshan Tunnel Engineering. Comprehensive use of geological analysis, geophysical exploration and drilling methods analysis, the water plugging scheme was designed and optimized for different outlet.The fluidity of cement grout, the grouting effect and the success rate of grouting were improved.
