The problem of water leakage is common in underground works,which not only causes deterioration of the environment inside the underground building,but also reduces the corrosion and durability of the structure,and even threatens the safety of personnel,equipment and vehicles.The causes of water leakage problems in underground engineering is complicated,and the treatment technology is difficult,but the standard of problem solving is high.It has always been an important and difficult problem to deal with water leakage in operation and maintenance of underground works.This paper takes acrylate grouting material as the research object,aiming to provide a convenient and reliable solution for the leakage treatment of underground engineering.In order to study the plugging characteristics of acrylic grouting materials,the basic properties,durability and reliability of the materials were studied by means of laboratory test,model test and field application test.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In order to expound the applicability of acrylate grouting material in leak plugging,the basic properties of the material,the composition of the grout,the reaction mechanism and the mechanism of water plugging are introduced.(2)To study the basic physical and mechanical properties and reliability of acrylate grouting materials,mixing ratio test,free swelling ratio test and shrinkage ratio test,tensile test,material interface performance test and surface micro-morphology characteristics test were carried out.Through the tests,it is considered that the material slurry has the characteristics of strong permeability,precise and controllable curing time.When the ratio of slurry is reasonable,the solidified product has good swelling in water,interface adhesion ability and strong deformation adaptability.(3)The aging properties of acrylic grouting materials were studied by indoor dry-wet cycle test,freeze-thaw cycle test,accelerated aging test and surface micro-morphology test.Through experiments,it is considered that the acrylate grouting material has good aging resistance,and the dry-wet cycle process will cause a certain increase in the water swelling property of the cured product,and the limited number of freeze-thaw cycles will not have a significant effect on the material properties.(4)The equal-ratio model test of acrylate grouting material applied to the deformation joint of underground works and the leakage of concrete structure crack was carried out,which verified the adaptability and reliability of the material in the treatment of leakage water.According to the model test results,the field test of the application of acrylate grouting material in the leakage treatment of the new open-cut subway tunnel was carried out,which further verified the adaptability and reliability of the material in the treatment of underground construction plugging.(5)In order to design reinforcement measures for underground engineering structure cracks and deformation joints after water blocking,composite fiber materials,formed non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof materials,etc.,were introduced.The ultimate loading test of structural waterproofing materials was carried out using a test simulation device,and the reliability of the reinforcement measures was verified.
