| When cement concrete pavement paved,cement slurry penetrate the base through cracks,a transitional layer of cement pavement is defined as a weak interface between the surface course and the base.The existence of "transitional layer" between layers can lead to damage,damage is classified into three categories.The separation of surface and base,in grass-roots form vertical cracks,cracks in oblique growth within the grassroots,eventually lead to the whole structure.In order to abate the formation of transitional layer and improve the state of interlayer contact,a waxed curing layer is sprayed on the base,the waxed curing agent as a kind of interlayer insulation material.Through the interlayer shear test and pulling test,torsion test,hydrophobic surface test,the isolation function of waxed curing agent was confirmed.To establish the mathematical model of ANSYS,the mechanical properties of the isolation layer was analyzed theoretically,and the shear test,obtained in different tectonic depth range of wax spray curing agent system,improve the construction method of wax curing agent,has the guiding significance for actual engineering.We know the isolation layer can improve performance of transitional layer,reduce the friction,to reduce adhesion and waterproof function,so the experiment have confirmed the effect of isolation layer,cohesive force of the reduction of range between 68% to 80%,reduce the friction between the layers,the method to bond is smaller,the biggest can reduce 80% to 90%,after spray wax isolation agent,its torque significantly reduce,reduce the degree of 14% to 67%.By establishing a relevant model,the mechanical properties of isolation layer were carried on the theoretical analysis.The results indicate: control the roughness of base surface and reduce its surface porosity,the spraying of wax curing agent,and the value of the internal friction angle ranged from 0 to 30 °,this would help the panel to withstand vehicle loads.Through the analysis of the four conditions,water stable structure of basic level surface depth 0.3 mm or less,wax isolation agent was relatively appropriate from 0.2L/m~2 to 0.4 L/m~2;the texture depth is between 0.3mm to 0.6mm,wax isolation agent was relatively appropriate from 0.4L/m~2 to 0.6 L/m~2;the texture depth is between 0.6mm to 1.4mm,wax isolation agent was relatively appropriate from 0.6L/m~2 to 0.8 L/m~2.In addition,the spraying of waxed curing agent may be a protection for interface layers and improve the performance of transitional layer.Through the experiment of coring test,the results show that specimens are detached from the base,and the ends of specimens are smoothing.So the results show that waxed curing agent can make the cement concrete surface layer in contact with the base layer is smoothing and effectively reduce the formation of transitional layer. |
