Vibration is one kind of phenomenon which is widespread in nature,as friction,there are both advantageous and disadvantageous in vibration,which will brings adverse effect to most of machineries when they are normal operation.As we known,rotor vibration is main hazards to rotating machinery.When vibration generates inertial force which effect to the machinery,it will causes noise,accelerates bearing wear,reduces machineries' life,sometimes it will give rise to some devastating accidents.So,from the point of mechanism,how to reduce the rotor system vibration faults,improve equipment reliability,restrain the unbalance of rotor vibration so as to promote rotor system running stability will have important significance.In this paper,the main purpose is to suppress the rotor system vibration through MR Damper to advocate occurring breakdown such as rub-impact,misalignment and so on.To get the best effect of controlling,we should install MR Damper and rotor system,by means of changing magnetic field intensity to change the amount of outputting damping force,so that we can suppress the rotor system vibration who caused by unbalance.First of all,for the sake of follow-up study could be more convenient,we find out three characteristics of the magneto-rheological fluids by texts,and design a new kind of cylindrical-type MR Damper according to the feature of rotor system which wound coil inside to change damping coefficient.In the next place,according simulate number value to the suppression of rotor system vibration through MR Damper,we can propose magneto-rheological fluids could restrain the vibration of rotor system,then we can draw a conclusion by inputting either more electricity or less,as a matter of fact is change magnetic field intensity,use different kind of nodes,intervals and control algorithm,comparing time-domain curve graph and amplitude-frequency response graph.Once more,in order to achieve change electric current,we need use four-channel 9234 as acquisition module and use module 9263 as output system,then set up N1 acquisition system and output control system.So that we achieve the effect of controlling by means of adjust the magnetic field intensity.The whole project is basic on FPGA operation,which could connect acquisition and output together efficaciously.Meanwhile,the whole process use Lab-VIEW software to operate,so as to realize the goal of vibration reduction.Both of them assure real-time control.In conclusion,we conduct an experiment by transforming rotor speed and changing electric current and controlling many other aspects to keep the suppression of rotor system vibration through MR Damper going.Eventually,we verify the function of MR Damper and the effect of the rotor vibration suppression.
