Scissor lift platform is a kind of commonly used aerial work equipment,It has many advantages,such as its simple structure,stable operation,widely usage and high efficiency.The continuous development of economy makes more high-altitude facilities appear in our life,So the scissor lift platform' development also will attract more and more attention,people have new requirements for the scissor lift platform,not only the higher work altitude,but also its strength,stability and weight.So it has an important economic significance and social benefits for the further research of the scissor lift platform.The main work in this paper are as followed:(1)Build 3D model with existing 2D drawings,calculate the thrust of hydraulic cylinder when the lift platform in the process of the rise with the knowledge of theoretical mechanics and material mechanics,analyze the stability of the scissor lift platform with reference to the national standard GB25849-2010,through the analysis to verify the stability of the scissor lift platform whether meet the requirements of national standards.(2)Simulate the dynamic characteristic of the scissor lift platform with ADAMS software,analyse its performance,At the same time,verify the correctness of the force calculation of the cylinder thrust and hinge points,through comparison with the results,the calculation is correct.Analyse the static strength of the lift platform by Workbench software,the results show that the lift platform can meet the requirements of strength.(3)Using ANSYS software to optimize the structure size of the shear fork arm for reducing the weight of it,optimize the installation position of hydraulic cylinder with the help of optimization function in MATLAB software.The optimized installation size reduces the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder and requirements for hydraulic components,these two optimization methods are of vital importance for saving the production cost and improving the economic benefit.
