With the development of social economy,bridge engineering plays an important role in the economic development,more and more long-span Bridges were built,support the transportation industry,also made great contributions for the western region traffic and economic industry.As the traffic load is bigger and bigger,the safety of bridge structure problem increasingly prominent,in the large span Bridges,new steel-concrete composite bridge deck because of its small weight,easy to transport,as well as good stress state has been widely used.Yet it is compare deficient to research the temperature gradient of steelconcrete composite bridge deck,especially temperature model test,so far few simulation.China’s vast territory,the seasonal temperature difference is bigger,but at present,the temperature of bridge engineering general specifications reflect the regional differences,although when temperature gradient calculation is more convenient,with the temperature difference between the actual situation still have certain difference.So based on the background of a suspension bridge deck system,adopts the theory of ANSYS finite element program to simulate,scale bridge deck system for temperature gradient test at the same time,the contrast test is adopted to research the effect.of teel-concrete composite bridge deck temperature gradient.The main work as follows:Firstlly,theoretical analysis of the model,according to the Chinese,American and European standard,Uses the ANSYS finite element program analysis to test model specification in different countries under the effect of temperature gradient,further analysis the influence of the bridge deck system in different boundary conditions on the result of calculation.Finally,waiting for temperature gradient experiment model of maintenance is completed,the test a total of 14 operating mode,set up to collect test data,by comparison with experimental data and theoretical data indicate.he vertical temperature gradient of teel-concrete composite bridge deck,due to the geographical environment,climate,temperature difference,should be different,in addition to the current specification American AASHTO specifications are different,the rest of the specification may be optimize the temperature gradient model and parameter selection with the different applied environment,in order toenhance the applicability of the specification.In the study of steel-concrete composite bridge deck system model test,the contrast analysis of the continuous beam and beam as boundary conditions,the same case structure stress distribution by using the boundary conditions of continuous beam are less than the boundary conditions for beam structure,its stress distribution is uniform local stress too big not easy to happen.
