In the process of force analysis of bridge deck pavement structure,it is necessary to consider the influence of environment,load and material,and the force analysis is very complicated.In the process of pavement layer mechanics analysis,most of the integral bridge sections are selected for mechanical analysis.In addition to analyzing the force of bridge deck pavement under static load,the dynamic response of vehicle moving load and temperature under bridge deck are also considered.Paving stress and strain.This paper summarizes the research results of asphalt pavement at home and abroad,and analyzes the damage and causes of asphalt concrete pavement.The force analysis of the bridge deck pavement is analyzed.Through the assumption of the model and the setting of the material parameters,the three-dimensional numerical analysis model of the concrete box girder is established by the ANSYS finite element program.The most unfavorable load position of the deck pavement layer was analyzed by using multiple sets of load conditions.The influence of asphalt material parameters and interlayer sliding friction on the stress of pavement layer was discussed.When the pavement layer dynamic response analysis was carried out,the research was carried out.The mechanical response of bridge deck pavement under moving dead load and multiple load conditions is studied.Through the numerical analysis of temperature field,the stress of pavement layer under high temperature and low temperature conditions is studied.The mechanical response of asphalt concrete pavement under temperature and dynamic load conditions is analyzed.The research shows that under the moving load of the vehicle,the thickness variation of the asphalt material will have certain influence on the internal stress of the pavement layer.The modulus variation of the asphalt concrete layer has little influence on the stress characteristics of the pavement structure.To reduce the stress between the layers of the pavement layer.During the study of different working conditions,it is found that the mechanical response of asphalt concrete pavement increases with the increase of horizontal force under different horizontal forces;underdifferent overloads,the overload ratio is larger,paving layer The increase of the inter-stress is also larger and increases proportionally;the internal stress of the asphalt concrete pavement changes with the change of the vehicle speed.When analyzing the temperature field of the asphalt concrete pavement layer,the heat transfer in the pavement layer structure is lagging behind,and the temperature change at the web position of the box girder bridge is more sensitive.According to the analysis of the thermodynamic parameters and ambient temperature of the pavement layer material,the steady temperature field cloud map of each layer of the pavement layer is obtained.The temperature distribution of the layers can be obtained intuitively through the temperature field cloud map;the simulation value of the pavement layer is Comparing the measured values,it is found that the temperature field used in this paper is feasible for simulating the actual temperature variation of the bridge deck pavement.In this paper,the stress of concrete pavement layer under temperature is studied,and the response law of maximum tensile stress and shear stress of asphalt pavement layer with thickness of pavement layer is obtained.The maximum tensile and shear stresses are maximized at the mid-span position due to the combination of temperature and moving load.
