In this paper,on the basis of the engine test bench experiment,in view of the appeared in the process of the engine during cold start HC pollutants such as excessive,by adjusting the ignition advance Angle,engine under different working conditions,set of fuel injection quantity and injection time and related technology research,aimed at reducing engine during cold start HC emissions experimental process fully consider the matching engine emissions to dynamic combustion efficiency,reasonable control of the engine parameters to adjust,has realized the engine especially under various working conditions in cold start performance optimization,in the cases of as much as possible and reduce the emissions of pollutants.Under the cold start condition,different concentration of fuel injection quantity need corresponding to different number of fresh air Through the air inflow to determine the fuel injection quantity is able to make the mixture of oil and gas burning more fully,in order to obtain lower HC emission values,HC emission values of lowering the world within the scope of the atmospheric pollution has certain positive role At the same time,lower emissions can more easily adapt to the environmental protection laws and regulations in different countries,it is advantageous to the car companies around the world for car sales,has positive significance for carmakers.Through the engine cold start at the same temperature,different fuel injection quantity of experimental data analysis in cold start condition,and environment under the premise of the same temperature,the fuel injection quantity,the greater the HC emission value is lower Because in this condition,the increased amount of fuel injection can improve the combustion chamber mixture of oil and gas concentration,in favor of the full combustion of the mixture.
