| Through the research on the rotation sensor and its relevant instrument in military helicopter,a portable military rotation detector with in situ detection and off situ detection is developed,using accurate mechanical structure,precise rotation sensor and modern virtual instrument technology.It can be used in Field environment to inspect the military helicopters’ rotation sensor and its relevant instrument in situ and off situ,to meet the needs of maintenance and support.Through the analysis of operation principle of rotation sensor and its relevant instrument,the final scheme of rotation detector with in situ detection and off situ detection is proposed,based on the critical parameters of the helicopter sensors.To meet the military rigid demand of high accuracy,portability,visibility and coherence,the mechanical structure,the motors’ selection and the rotation sensors’ selection must be carefully considered to make it simulate the environment of the airborne sensors.The key point of the rotation detector is smoothly running in high speed conditions,so it’s essential to carry out the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis to observe its vibration performance to make sure the system’s stability under high speed condition.The in situ detection circuit,the off situ detection circuit,and the power circuit are designed to achieve the other functions.In the end,the virtual instrument technology is introduced to accomplish the software part of the system.The graphic programming language Lab VIEW is adopted.The software includes the control program and the human computer interface.The rotation detector is able to simulate the high speed rotation and generate the rotation sensors’ voltage signals,to detect the rotation sensor and its relevant instrument in situ and off situ in field environment.The portable rotation detector enriches the inspection equipment in the domestic airborne,to ensure the military helicopters’ safety. |
