| With increasing number of the sea-crossing bridge,template construction technique of offshore pier has been popular.It sets higher demands for security of formwork and its support system in the strcture design and construction.Taking into account the specificity of offshore construction and less content in the enfineering disciplines,applicable data of original similar projects can not satify needs of the current construction.In related studies,this paper study template of sea-crossing bridge pier of an experimental on the stability and safety assessment.The main content is as follows:At first,this paper first introduces the features of the template of sea-crossing bridge pier,and analyzed the various characteristics of the template,and then expounds the classification of the bridge pier template、design requirements、the load calculation method、the ultimate bearing theory and so on.Combined with pier structure design and on-site construction process of Pingtan Road and Railway Bridge,the paper briefly introduces capacity calculation of the template,then use finite element software ANSYS to calculate template support system for the simulation.In the simulation,this paper analyzes stent deformation force,moment,displacement,etc.,and then calculates the vertical rod bearing capacity and stability of templates in the extreme weather of the 14 typhoon.The results show the overall stability in line with regulatory requirements.Depending on the circumstances of the template support system,experiments select the 10 major factors using analytic hierarchy process to determine their respective weights and analyze factors affecting the security of template.After determining the weight,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method analyzes the security of the template,and provids an important reference for the inspection and acceptance of the template support system.Finally,based on the calculation and analysis of formwork support system,the template construction safety control are given in the concrete methods and guarantee measures,providing useful help for the follow-up construction. |
