With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, China's urban rail traffic obviously can not meet the social requirements. In this context,metro as the main force of the urban rail transit,the advantages of large passenger capacity, short commute time and not occupying the ground space are highlighted. The subway station distance is very short, frequently start and stop brake will produce a lot of energy. This paper is about how to choose the most efficient, energy saving and economical metro regenerative braking energy recycle program in response to the theme of the green environmental protection.Firstly,from the subway traction transmission system,this paper analyzes the 24-pulse rectifier technology of the metro and simulates it. And from the control technology of inverter motor, the electric drive model is built in the simulation software, which is based on the actual operating parameters of metro trains. At the same time, combined with the experimental line, the total amount of regenerative energy generated by the normal braking of the train is calculated under theoretical basis of the trains' dynamics, thus further elaborats the necessity of regenerative braking energy recycling device.Secondly,this paper systematically analyzes the program of the super capacitor energy storage regenerative braking energy, and carries on the related parameters calculation according to the function of it. On this basis, the control program of the Bi-directional DC-DC converter is designed. Among them, it mainly chooses the overall control strategy of SoC and traction network voltage combination, and builds the system simulation model.Then, according to the basic principle of the inverter, the appropriate DC/AC inverter control program is selected to complete the design of the main circuit. After the inverter is completed,it is also necessary to filter the waveform. The flow direction of the inverter is divided into 0.4kV power voltage and 35kV medium voltage network. In the simulation software, the simulation model of 0.4kV dynamic voltage scheme is established, and the fluctuation of voltage and current are analyzed in detail according to the simulation waveform.Finally, combined with the actual situation of the experimental circuit, it puts forward that 35kV medium voltage inverter network feedback program which is based on constant pressure absorption and multiple non-interactive parallel technology can take reasonable consideration of the cost and efficiency. The simulation model is built on it as well, and the experimental results show that the scheme is feasible, reasonable and economical.
