Study On Vibration Reduction Performance And Maintenance Of Steel Spring Floating Slab Track Bed

The subway has the advantages of convenient and fast, and has gradually become one of the important ways of urban rail transit,which brings convenience to people's life and development. But at the same time, the vibration caused by the subway train luck tunnel, soil,building foundations and buildings to transfer to the subway, the two buildings caused by vibration and structural noise, have a greater negative impact to people's life and work, so, it is important to find a good solution. The floating slab track is one of the most important and effective vibration reduction measures in urban rail transit. It has good effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction, which can reach 20-30B. According to the different support conditions, the slab track can be divided into rubber bearing floating slab track and steel spring floating slab track. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the safety and vibration reduction performance of the steel spring floating slab track bed, and study its maintenance technology, and provide the basis for the engineering application of the steel spring floating slab track bed. The main contents are as follows:(1 )Based on the research data in foreign countries, the existing steel spring floating slab track bed structure and the principle of vibration reduction are summarized.(2)The structure model of the existing prefabricated floating slab is established, and the reinforcement design of the floating slab and the checking of the strength of the floating plate fitting are carried out to ensure the safety performance of the steel spring floating slab track bed.(3)To establish the finite element model of floating slab by SAP2000, and input from the actual testing of excitation on the damping performance of steel spring floating slab track is analyzed, the floating range in the clear vibration, damping effect prediction.(4)According to the engineering practice, the steel spring floating slab track system to work in a normal state, we must ensure that the steel spring floating slab concrete structure,vibration isolator and floating slab of basement concrete structure in the normal state.Therefore, this chapter will study the contents, methods and rules of maintenance and repair of steel spring floating slab track bed.
