Rolling rotor compressor is a kind of compressor that realizes the gas suction,compression and exhaust function by the changing of cylinder's volume,which causes by the eccentric cylindrical rotor's rotation in the cylinder.Because of its working principle,the rolling rotor compressor has fewer parts,especially the wearing parts.But the rolling rotor compressor mainly appear two common failure phenomenon,one is the vibration is too large,which will cause noise pollution.What's more,it also may make the parts in compressor achieve their fatigue limit too early and lower the service life.Another phenomenon is that the laminated steel sheet of the rotor system often crack,which will appear abnormal sound and vibration aggravating phenomenon.By doing some research and analysis,the researchers find that the two factor are caused by the heart of the compressor's,rotor system,vibrating during the working process.So this paper take the rotor system as main research project,perform the rotor system dynamic characters,these analysis results will provide good basis for the problem solving of the compressor's vibration damping and noise reduction.In summary of the researching work of this paper,it mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,test and analysis the vibration characteristics of the rolling rotor compressor and the rotor system.Test of the vibration characteristics of the rolling rotor system and the rolling rotor compressor.Use acceleration sensor to test the vibration characteristics of the rotor system under the working condition by frequency sweep test,moreover,test the rotor system by the laser sensor under the different working conditions.All the test provided an important reference and basis for the next step of the simulation analysis.Then,the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system of the compressor rotor system are analyzed by the finite element method.Based on the solid element,the finite element model of the rotor system of a rotary compressor rotor system is established by APDL command.The inherent characteristics of the rotor system are analyzed and Campbell chart is drawn.The vibration response of the rotor system is analyzed under the premise of reasonable introduction of aerodynamic load and electromagnetic load.The results of the analysis are compared with the experiment,which proves the rationality of the model.Furthermore,based on the created compressor rotor system analysis model of some characteristic parameters,such as geometric parameters,material parameters,brace stiffness,on the dynamic characteristics of compressor rotor system were investigated.The results show that these parameters have an effect on the natural frequency and resonance response of the compressor rotor,and the vibration resistance of the compressor rotor system can be modified reasonably..Finally,the model and dynamic characteristics of the compressor are analyzed by using three-dimensional solid element.A three-dimensional finite element analysis model was created,introduce the selection of modeling unit,meshing,boundary conditions.The inherent characteristics of the compressor and the vibration response of the compressor under the typical conditions are solved.The results are compared with the experiment,which proves the rationality of the analysis.The research of this paper will have some guidance for the vibration design of the compressor system,and provide technical support for the structural improvement of the purpose of reducing the vibration and noise of the compressor rotor system.
