| Frequency stability is a measure of the frequency of a good quality of the important parameters,which occupy a very important position in the field of time-frequency measurement and control.It is widely used in navigation and positioning,timing,radar imaging,communications and communication,space technology and test measurement and other technical fields.The realization of transient frequency stability measurement can reveal the variation law of frequency stability of signal source,which can reflect the nature of phase or frequency processing and control,and provide direction and channel for performance improvement of frequency source.This paper through the periodic signal between the regularity of the comparison,and according to the phenomenon that the phase of the signal at the intersection of zero Phase noise interference will occur ahead of or delayed the phenomenon,proposed the use of such edge and near edge due to the impact of noise and the role of the phase fluctuations caused by the realization of transient stability measurement.This is a digital transient stability measurement method.According to the cyclical signal in the vicinity of the zero-crossing phase of the highest sensitivity of the phenomenon,the system uses A/D sampling clock controllability,select the same frequency with the measured frequency of the same frequency,Which not only solved the limitations of the gate in the simulation method,but also realized the instantaneous phase information acquisition in the linear region.At the same time,according to the clock curling effect generated in digital measurement,the data processing time is shortened and the amount of data processed is reduced by using the order of sampling points,so that the data processing in the system is more efficient and efficient.In this paper,the transient frequency stability measurement system is realized according to the principle of measurement.The self-calibration experiment of 8607 constant temperature crystal oscillator and the comparison of atomic clock are carried out on the system.The experimental results show that the system can reach the E-5 order at 100ns in the case of 10MHz self-calibration,and achieve better transient frequency stability measurement. |
