| Among Chinese large span bridges,cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge are considered to be the most commonly used structural style of bridge.As cable-supported bridge,cable bent tower is the most important force component in structural system.Based on our specific national conditions,most of the cable bent towers of new cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge built in recent years choose the design of concrete structure,while the beam of cable bent tower is usually designed as the hollow box section.Besides,we need to particularly design falsework system aimed at concrete templet because of the huge mass of cast-in-site concrete beams,therefore,we usually choose the scaffold construction methods which is applied to the construction of balance beam of cable bent tower.The falsework ofbalance beam of cable bent tower is ordinary an upper bracket because of its particularity in position,while the bracket has some features,such as the complicated structural system,the construction’s huge influence and the important safetyresponsibility.Meanwhile,the falsework’s clearance of deformation and non-uniform deformation also have influences on the pouring quality of concrete beams.Therefore,the bracket’s design of balance beam of cable bent tower is one of the most pivotal technologies applied to the construction of balance beam,it is necessary to research systematically on the bracket’s calculation of concrete balance beam of cable bent tower and the force analysis of bracket in the process of construction.Based on the Dongting Lake Bridgeof Dayue Expressway project,this thesis studies on the design of concrete cable bent power beams and the support load of the process in construction.On the basis of systematically analyzing and summarizing in construction technology of concrete cable bent power beams at home,studies have been done as followings,1)systematically summarize the specific requirements of the current specification for loads of concrete pylon beams’ constructual type,structural analysis,stability of checking and computation;2)combined with practical work,it studieson the effects that different conditions of boundary and constructual loads on the support have;it studies on different mesh optimization methods on construction of support load rationality and economic impacts;3)combined with practical work,it studies on the time of construction the actual stress curves and pointing out its characteristics;it studies on condition of beam layers,beam construction and the first floor beams of force distribution ratio. |
