With the emergence of a variety of UAV and the wide application in the military, the security requirements of TT&C need particularly important attention. At the same time, the problem on the trusted measurement and control of UAV become particularly important. The packets of communication protocol is the transmission content of UAV measurement and control data link, and the reverse analysis of non-standard unknown protocol is important to enhance the safety of UAV.In allusion to the communication security problem of measurement and control data on UAV, a reverse analysis model of measurement and control protocol is proposed. The model adopts the data mining method to analyze the protocol format and semantic information in the message. The protocol is analyzed with radar monitoring state parameter. The main work of the paper shows as follows:1) This paper analyzes the research progress of the protocol reverse analysis of domestic and foreign agreements, and compares its advantages and shortcomings. According to the characteristics of measurement and control communication protocol of UAV, the reverse analysis model suitable for binary protocol is proposed.2) First of the analysis model, this paper mainly adopts the improved BF (Brute-Force)algorithm to carry on the pattern string matching, and adopts the AP (Affinity-Propagation)algorithm to carry on the association rule extracting. Then the preliminary format of protocol message is obtained. The protocol field is divided into fixed domain and variable domain. The improved SW (Smith-Waterman) algorithm in sequence alignment technique is adopted to analyze the format and semantic information of the variable domain in combination with the radar monitoring state data. Finally, in order to improve the analysis result of the protocol reverse, the semantic information of the remaining fields of the protocol is deduced from the known field by using the physical relation between UAV state parameters.3) In order to provide the sample data for the research of the protocol reverse. According to the protocol description of extended Bax paradigm and so on, a new UAV measurement and control communication protocol is designed combine with the actual UAV communication protocol, and the protocol is expanded to generate the nonstandard protocol library. The protocol of the library and the flight mission of UAV are applied to simulate the sample data and the radar monitoring of state data.The flight experiment simulation, communication process simulation and protocol reverse method verification are carried out on five different communication protocols by simulation experiments. The simulation results of reverse analysis show 96.51% resolution rate of protocol format and 87.39% semantic parsing resolution rate. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
