With the rapid development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)technology,UAV has been widely taken into account as a new information weapons.Communication link security of UAV is difficult to resolve,which leads UAV to be crashed frequently.Hence,the research on ensuring the data transmission safety of UAV is very important.Private agreement is generally adopted by UAV for data communication,but it can still be cracked.Hence,the research on UAV protocol reverse can be used to test the security of the protocol.Whether it can avoid being cracked is one of the factors of UAV safe flight.The intercepted UAV communication message is taken as the research object in this paper.Combined with the detected UAV external state parameters,the UAV protocol reverse solution is figured out by analyzing the data characteristics and its inherent law.The solutions are given aiming at being lack of prior knowledge.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)Syntax and semantic characteristics of commonly used protocol are analyzed to design the suitable UAV communication protocol.UAV's measurement and control protocol library is constructed according to the designed protocol.(2)Commonly used protocol reverse methods are analyzed to compare the advantages and disadvantages.The similarity of different message is calculated by taking Levenshtein Distance(LD)method.The message is classified by carrying out hierarchical clustering method on the packet according to the similarity.The frequent patterns chain and its location are convicted by taking pattern mining method.Then the fixed domain field can be determined.(3)First,UAV monitoring state parameter is processed according to the characteristics of the radar monitoring data.Then,the improved string matching algorithm is taken to find the data field in the message.Finally,the field and attributes are extracted according to the match result.(4)The public fields are found by taking Boyer-Moore(B-M)algorithm in the message.The field and attributes are further extracted according to the match result.(5)The meaning of the control command is inferred according to the UAV flight behavior.Association rules of the communication message are extracted to complete the reverse parsing of UAV protocol.Different UAV measurement and control protocol is taken to simulate the corresponding communication message and state parameter.As the test input,the simulation result is used in the protocol reverse inference system.Experimental results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and the feasibility of the system.
