Many of the modern city buildings due to functional requirements or the pursuit of the use of superior environment,more and more configuration of different types of power machines and equipment, such as fans, air conditioning, water pumps, power distribution facilities. Most of these facilities have the characteristics of concentrated or discrete frequency excitation source. The operation not only produces the ambient vibration and noise at the same time, but also causes the vibration of the building structure in the adjacent area, and even produces the secondary structure acoustic radiation phenomenon. At present,such environmental vibration and noise control research and technology applications have been widespread concern and attention. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Based on the test and analysis of a kind of concentrated or discrete frequency vibration source in building, the typical vibration frequencies of them are analyzed by the obtained spectrum, and their spectrum law is summed up. At the same time, based on the research of vibration mechanism, the law of vibration and noise propagation is studied.(2) The vibration characteristics of the plates under different boundary conditions are analyzed. For the four-sided simple and quadratic fixation, different methods are used to study the acoustic radiation characteristics. For the four-sided simply supported plates,There is a precise analytic solution, so the proposed method of MATLAB programming directly based on the radiation power formula for solving, for the four sides of the case of fixed, then the first in ANSYS inside the calculation of vibration response, and then use the acoustic calculation software VL Acoustic for acoustic radiation And the effects of different structural parameters of the board on acoustic radiation were studied.(3) After analyzing the theoretical analysis of single and double-layer vibration isolation system, the vibration noise is treated by double vibration isolation with better vibration isolation effect, and a simplified model of double-layer vibration isolation is established. And the influence factors of the system transmission rate of the system are established. At the same time, based on the MATLAB GUI visualization programming, a window is established to observe the double vibration isolation effect. Through the design of a double-layer vibration isolation device, the experimental results show that the vibration isolation effect is within the ideal range. The simulation results show that the two-layer vibration isolation system with a wider middle mass is the concrete platform. After the double isolation, the radiation power of the board is significantly reduced.
