The application of virtual simulation technology in military field has always been the focus of each country.Battlefield situation visualization is one of the key technologies of military virtual simulation system.With the continuous development of military technology and combat methods,the dynamic and dimension of the battlefield situation are increasing.The battlefield situation system build on three-dimensional visualization technology,can help commanders perceive the complex battlefield situation in better terms,and make reasonable decisions.At present,there are two aspects of the deficiency in battlefield situation visualization system,including modeling of mobile equipment,calculation and analysis of mobile equipment and multi-dimensional visualization of battlefield situation data.This thesis does some research on the two aspects of the lack,and proposes solutions for these problems.The main contributions are as follows:Firstly,this thesis designs a mathematical expression system and data structure to express the temporal and spatial information of mobile equipment in the visualization system.And it designs and implements a set of operations to complete the corresponding mathematical calculation and query function for the data structure.Then verifies the model of mobile equipment via missile equipment.This thesis also designs and implements an expression and management system for missile equipment specially,due to the particularity of the binding of missiles and attack events.Secondly,this thesis designs and implements the multi-view function,and adds a twodimensional view.It is convenient for users to compare different situations in different views.This thesis solves the problem in synchronizing between two-dimensional and threedimensional view.Thirdly,this thesis designs and implements the data export function according to the idea of Web GIS,so that the situation data generated by the system can be served to the Web client.Users can view the situation remotely via the Web,and don't need additional software installation.Fourthly,generally speaking the battlefield situation is the interaction between multiple equipment,this thesis implements a function that allows multiple mobile equipment to be observed at the same time.A viewpoint is generated by the viewpoint calculation algorithm,that can observe a plurality of mobile equipment simultaneously.In summary,this thesis enhances the mobile equipment expression and analysis capabilities in the three-dimensional visualization system based on osg Earth,increases the expression of the visualization system,and paves the way for the follow-up study of the battlefield situation visualization system.
