Bearing Grease Machine Technology And The Research And Development Of Equipment

With the rapid development of our economy,increasing demand for rail transport,railway wagons develop toward direction of high-speed heavy.In recent years,an increase in railway wagons bearing operating failures,the railway sector has discovered the existence of this problem.The key reason is the bearing lubrication problem.Existing bearing grease equipment is mostly through the spacer injection site once completed.This approach prone to fat accumulation in the spacer position,and the surface of the roller bearings on both sides do not form a sufficient film,grease uneven distribution,which causing inflexibility during rotation of the bearing operation and bearing temperature rise,resulting in operational failure.Today,the railway sector put forward specific demands to railway truck bearing grease amount,grease distribution,etc.There is an urgent need for research and development of new technology and equipment of bearing grease to meet the actual production needs.In this thesis,based on the requirements of the Ministry of Railways files and business design requirements for equipment,for technical difficulties of grease machine design,discussion and analysis of characteristics and inadequate of the existing bearing grease injection technology and equipment,this thesis proposed three-quantitative greasing technology program,developed a corresponding greasing process,designed and developed a new type of bearing grease equipment.The greasing machine,using compressed air as a power source,greasing amount of each location are displayed directly in the traffic display.The bearing grease machine with vertical greasing by three-quantitative,two steps greasing,greasing amount of each point is adjustable.The bearing grease machine uses turbine flow meter as grease quantity measurement tools,and uses servo drive systems greasing,intelligently controlled by the PLC,display operation using the touch screen.There are advantages of accurate grease quantity,distribution,handling simple,high production efficiency.It can meet grease process and production requirements of SKF197726 bearings and 352226X2-2RZ bearings.
