With the development of industrial technology,the requirements of the lubrication of mechanical equipment are more and more high,the work of mechanical equipment at high temperature to the high temperature performance of grease.In this paper,polyalphaolefin(PAO40)and Multialkyl cyclopentane(MACs)as base oil were prepared with high temperature resistant properties of polyurea grease and overbased calcium sulfonate complex grease,and evaluation of three triazole derivatives of benzene(T551),hydrochlorothiazide two triazole derivatives(T561)polymer,liquid phenol(L135)as a high temperature grease additive of lubricating grease in steel steel friction pair on the friction and wear behaviors,the analysis of the wear surface morphology by optical microscope.Results show:1.with polyalphaolefin base oil(PAO40)were prepared by polyurea and overbased calcium sulfonate complex grease dropping point is greater than 200 DEG C,which can meet the requirements of high temperature equipment use.The three additives in lubricating grease,the antifriction and anti-wear performance than basic grease can be improved,including adding 3%T561,1%T551,2%L135 in polyurea grease,improve the anti-wear properties of grease was most significant,in the high alkali value added with 3%T561,1%T551,1%L135 calcium sulfonate complex grease in and improve the anti-wear properties of lubricating grease is the most significant.2.Multialkyl cyclopentane base oil(MACs)has excellent viscosity temperature performance,thermal stability and low volatile grease as base oil prepared can meet the requirements of high temperature grease.The three additives in lubricating grease,the antifriction and anti-wear performance than basic grease can be improved,including adding 3%T561,2%T551,1%L135,4% MODTC and 2% MoS2 in polyurea grease,improve the anti-wear properties of lubricating grease in the most obvious,overbased calcium sulfonate complex lubricating 1%T561 1%T551,1%L135,4% MODTC,2% MoS2 fat,improve the anti-wear properties of lubricating grease is the most significant.3.wear analysis: with the aid of optical microscope based on the base grease and the additive after the grease of the grinding marks of the surface morphology of the analysis.4.through the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the wear volume change with time is simulated,the simulation process of wear surface changes of stress and strain are analyzed,and through the established analysis model of wear volume,the prediction results show that the good effect,has certain guiding significance in practice production.
