The field of wireless charging has formed three technical standards so far,namely the Qi standard of the WPC(Wireless Power Consortium)Union,the PMA standard led by Duracell Powermat company and the A4 WP standard led by the United States Qualcomm and South Korea Samsung.The first two use electromagnetic induction technology but the transmission power is different,while the latter is the use of magnetic coupling resonance technology.Based on Qi1.2 standard,this paper designs a medium-power 15 W intelligent and efficient wireless charging system which supports triggering wireless charging by scanning QR code.The system supports We Chat APP scanning QR code to trigger the wireless charging function,mainly consists of two parts: hardware system and software system.The hardware system includes three parts: wireless charging transmitter,receiver,and scan controller circuit.The function of the transmitter is to convert the input DC power into radio energy and transmit it to the receiver.The receiver will receive,use this power.Scan controller controls the opening and closing of the entire system.When the scan is successful,the system starts working.The software system ensures the orderly execution of the power transmission,controls the communication between the transmitter and the receiver,and the communication between the scanner controller and the server.The biggest features of the system are intelligent,efficient,supporting fast wireless charging and scan control.According to the needs of the receiver load,the switching of half bridge / full bridge inverter mode of the system inverter achieves the effect of optimal power matching.At the same time,the system can identify the foreign objects(Foreign Object Debris)based on the hardware Q value detection circuit and software calibration power loss,and can identify a coin of 19 mm in diameter.The experimental results show that the system efficiency is 13% higher than common wireless charging system.In addition,the system can support 10V/1.5A output for mobile phones to support fast charging,and trigger the wireless charging function through scanning QR code by using mobile phone APP.
