With then rapid economic development of China,the living standards of people and the indoor environment comfort requirements are also rising.Although China's building energy-saving technology is now in continuous development,but there is also a big gap from the world's top level,such as China's previous building energy-saving requirements are lower,the number of buildings is large and the annual building energy consumption is huge,as for these,building energy-saving technology can avoid energy consumption and protect the environment.There do not take central heating in hot summer and cold winter areas of China,people live in there usually use of air conditioning and other equipment to satisfy the growing demand of heating during cold winter in the life.Due to age reasons and the construction process did not fully consider the insulation requirements,resulting in building energy consumption in many buildings.Therefore,the study of building insulation and energy conservation is of great significance.In there,heating is generally used intermittent heating,that is,people in the room is opened the heating equipment,people leave the home is closed,which is accorded to their needs to be adjusted.In intermittent heating process,when using external insulation method,the external wall will absorb indoor heat thus affect the indoor temperature changes,as to increase the room heating energy consumption;when using the insulation method,Heat transfer coefficient of the lower insulation layer will be isolated from the external walls,thus preventing the external wall to absorb indoor air heat,so the effect of insulation on the building energy efficiency effect is great.At present,the building commonly used insulation method is the internal insulation and external insulation.During heating time,the ratio of heating time and distribution may affect the door thermal environment and the operating conditions of air condition.Besides,room maintence structure,furniture and other heat accumulator will absorb indoor heat when conditioning for room heating,which affectes room heating energy consumption.The results show that wall materials,heat preservation,intermittent heating time,air condition start and stop mode,outdoor temperature and other factors have an impact on room heating energy consumption.The buildings in hot summer and cold winter area take the internal insulation method is conducive to energy conservation,and when the proportion of heating time,the more obvious the effect.The same heating time ratio of different heating time distribution,the more the number of air conditioning start and stop,the higher the room heating energy,so choose the appropriate heating time ratio and distribution will help the building energy efficiency.Because the relative position of the envelope is different,the influence of the insulation method and the indoor temperature is different,and the temperature change of the roof and the floor is the most obvious.
