As one of the main air pollution transmission channels,Shandong Province has been widely concerned about clean heating in winter,especially in rural areas.In order to better understand the current situation of clean heating in rural areas of Shandong Province,including the forms of heating technology used and the thermal status of existing agricultural houses,and so on.Thus,the energy consumption form of clean heating and the energy saving transformation scheme of existing non-energy saving agricultural houses suitable for this area are given.Combined with the research methods of field investigation,field test,software simulation,scheme design and comprehensive evaluation decision,the main conclusions are as follows:?1?Through investigation and investigation,there are many kinds of clean heating equipment in Shandong area at present,but because the heating cost after transformation is higher than that of coal combustion,there is the phenomenon that some residents are"reluctant to keep warm".At the same time,the present situation of thermal engineering of existing agricultural house enclosure structure is poor,the indoor temperature is low in winter,and the potential of energy saving transformation is greater.?2?Through field investigation,four representative types of agricultural houses are summarized and selected:single-story single-yard farm house,two-story single-family farm house,three-story single-family farm house and two-story row farm house as typical,and the field measurement is carried out.It is concluded that the average external wall heat transfer coefficient of rural existing residential buildings in this area is about 2.1 W/m2,which exceeds the national standard limit of 69.6%,and the average heat transfer coefficient of roof is about3.1 W/m2.Exceeding the national standard limit of 82.08%,the energy saving effect is poor,and has great potential and value of energy saving transformation.?3?The energy consumption of the typical agricultural house is simulated by the De ST energy consumption simulation software,and the heating load indexes of the four typical farmhouses are 42.45 W/m2,30.93 W/m2,31.23 W/m2 and 24.69 W/m2 respectively,and the average value is 32.33 W/m2;the accumulated heat load in the whole year is 6499.02 KWh,20677.26 KWh,32117.07 KWh,and 38370.92 KWh,respectively;And the energy-saving transformation scheme of different type of agricultural house is designed.?4?For the transformation of the heat source side,the order of heating energy consumption is as follows:Regenerative electric heating>direct heating electric heating>coal combustion heating>biomass heating>gas wall hanging furnace>low temperature air source heat pump hot fan.Entropy weight method is used to analyze and calculate these five heating forms.Finally,in the transformation decision,the energy efficiency,life period,pollutant discharge CO2,initial investment,The weights of the annual cost value and the operating cost per unit area are 32.5%,21.5%,10.8%,11.3%,9.8%and 14.1%,respectively.the order of the comprehensive scores of the five transformation schemes is as follows:air The heat pump of the source heat pump?0.670?is the wall-mounted gas heating furnace?0.526?,the biomass-shaped fuel stove?0.423?,the direct-heating type electric heating?0.418?and the heat storage type electric heating?0.164?.?5?The index weight of the reconstruction of the enclosure structure of the single-layer single house is as follows:the energy-saving rate?27.30%?,the CO2 emission amount?26.84%?,the initial investment?18.54%?,the energy-saving transformation income?16.09%?and the dynamic investment recovery period?11.23%?of the energy-saving transformation scheme.The recommended scheme with higher comprehensive scores is four-side exterior wall+roof insulation transformation,four-side outer wall+window+roof modification,north wall modification,window modification,north wall+window+roof modification and separate roof insulation modification.?6?The weight of the reconstruction index of the multi-storey building envelope is as follows:energy-saving rate?27%?,energy-saving transformation income?26%?,CO2emission?19%?of construction consumables used in the transformation scheme,initial investment of energy-saving transformation scheme?15%?,and dynamic investment recovery period?13%?.The recommended scheme with higher comprehensive score is four-side outer wall?two-layer?+roof+window,four-side outer wall?two-layer?+roof,three-side outer wall?two-layer?+roof+window,three-side outer wall?two-layer?+roof,four-side outer wall?first floor?+roof+window modification,Four-side exterior wall?first floor?+roof and four-side exterior wall?two layers?+windows and all four-side walls of the first floor.
