Nowadays,in the grim situation with energy shortage and environmental pollution,a new generation of LED lighting with its unique advantages have been used in various industries widely.However,how to improve the efficient of LED light distribution design to meet the lighting requirements in various application areas become a problem to be solved in the field of LED lighting.To achieve high efficiency and miniaturization of the LED lighting system,it is necessary to design the secondary light distribution for the LED light source.This subject is based on the non-imaging optics and free-form surface theory,and research for optical system design with large-size and RGBW fullcolor LED light source.The specific research contents are as follows:Based on the theory of edge ray,the law of conservation of energy and the basic law of geometrical optics,a simple ODE method was proposed,and a flat convex lens with uniform illumination was designed.According to the basic law of geometrical optics,a geometric method to solve the free surface method was proposed to design a total internal reflection collimator lens.Based on trial and error method,we designed a flashlight zoom lens and asymmetric wall washer lens.Aiming at the zoom lens of large size LED light source,the ODE free surface method,the trial and error method were combined to design a zoom lens group for stage lighting,which realized the uniform lighting effect of condenser and flood light.Based on a flashlight structure,with a total internal reflection(TIR)structure,a long range of flashlight zoom lens was designed successfully.For the stage lighting of RGBW full color LED light source,to solve the problem of single beam angle and difficult operation,a zoom lens system combined with focusing lens and TIR lens was proposed.And for the RGBW light source for the stage light illumination when the mixed light and uneven spot phenomenon,we proposed an irregular hexagonal eye lens array structure.To solve the problem that the far distance and high uniformity of the wall washer cannot be considered at the same time,an asymmetric lens structure was proposed.A new type of uniform structure was proposed for the spotting and macular phenomenon,which was easy to occur when the wall was illuminated.We also designed a uniform spot,projection distance away from the wall lamp lens successfully.All the designed products were modeled and tested.The actual test results were in good agreement with the software simulation results,which verified the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
