In this dissertation, applying optical thin film to LED lamp are researched. The main contents are as follows:1.The film of holographic two-dimensional photonic crystals are used for the led illumination system. The Coordinate of first grade transmission diffraction efficiency is deduced by grating equation. Structure size of2D photonic crystals is designed by means of software simulation and2D photonic crystals are produced with the method of multiple-beam interference. With the experiment of LED illumination, the results show that it is able to meet the expected decorative patterns of LED illumination. While the master mask is used to copy optical coating of polycarbonate, it will provide a better option for LED decorative illumination under low cost;2.Asymmetrical fresnel lens is use in secondary optical design for optimizing the luminous energy spatial distribution of wash wall light. Basing on the theory of fresnel lens, the parameter of asymmetrical fresnel lens is adjusted to optimize the LED luminous energy spatial distribution as focus of each fresnel lens band is independent. Using the software "TracePro" to simulate and optimize the parameter of designed asymmetrical fresnel lens applying in LED wash wall lamp, the result shows the evenness index is higher then LED wash wall lamp without optimized,the total light energy is increased about18%. The manufactory errors were investigated, and the result shows that our design is safe, reliable and executable.
