Under the circumstance of energy shortage and environment pollution,researchers attach importance to efficient control and optimization strategies of building energy and environment system.Building energy and environment is a kind of complex distributed parameter system.At present,the modeling methods mainly rely on the iterative solving tools such as computational fluid dynamics technology(CFD),which is hard to implement the optimization strategies to these tools.This article analyzes the characteristic of building energy and environment system and studies the modeling and optimization based on integrated optimization method.The specific work is as follows:(1)According to the GenOpt software developed by U.S.Department of Energy(DOE),an independent interactive optimization framework is proposed for building energy and environment system optimization in this paper.The framework is characterized by the usage of building energy and environment simulation tools and Matlab interface.Data interaction mechanism is used for delivering the distributed parameters between the building simulation modules and the optimization algorithms directly,which makes optimization strategies fully consider the spatial distribution of environmental parameters.Compared with current optimization strategies,this method has the advantage of good versatility and high accuracy.(2)In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed framework in indoor environment parameters optimization,A typical public building is modeled and optimized considering indoor thermal comfort and energy consumption.On this basis,the optimization performance of the proposed framework is compared with that of neural network based data driven optimization method in this paper.Results demonstrate that optimization accuracy of the proposed framework is better than that of the data driven optimization method.Moreover,the proposed framework has the advantage of good versatility and easy operation.(3)In order to validate the effectiveness of interactive optimization framework in the building energy system design optimization,a comparative study for typical building energy system optimization is conducted by using interactive optimization framework,Gen Opt and data driven optimization method.Results shows that the interactive optimization framework is identical to GenOpt software in optimization accuracy and has the advantage of convergent speed.Compared with data driven optimization method,interactive optimization framework obtain more accurate results,which is more suitable for building energy system design optimization.(4)Aiming at the real residential building in Nanjing,this paper utilizes interactive optimization framework to study the multi-objective building design optimization considering life cycle cost,environmental impact and indoor thermal comfort.The performance of four popular multi-objective optimization algorithms is compared by this complex optimization problem in three aspects.Results provide a significant reference for the practical application of the interactive optimization framework.
