The global automotive industry is undergoing tremendous changes,our country has been attached importance to new energy vehicles development and research.We need to do more efforts on deep understanding of battery energy management?infrastructure of power transmission and control of power transmission in order to design more environmentally friendly,more efficient new energy vehicles.This research paper concentrates on control of power transmission,Three key technologies are discussed: permanent magnet motor control technology?transmission control strategy?CAN bus communication technology.The following research points are included in this paper:At the beginning,the prospect of new energy vehicles development and the concentration are introduced.Paper also explains the reasons for the spare parts selection of powertrain system,such as the type of motor?working principles of mechanical transmission and the shifting actuator.Then it gives some introduction on CAN bus communication technology.Then,mathematical model is established for high efficiency,high power density permanent magnet synchronous motor.Space voltage vector modulation is adopted in IPMSM control after comparison of several motor control algorithms and motor rotor position signal acquisition methods.Double operating modes are used in condition of with or without rotor position signal acquisition sensor,which can realize vehicle limp home function.Paper also delivers the torque optimization strategy by PWM variable frequency control.Hardware circuit design and software program debugging are finished.Besides,based on the design of motor speed control system,researches on control strategy of AMT automatic transmission are carried.The shift control strategy for the integrated control of transmission and motor based on torque is proposed in the paper.After the requirement analysis of the system,the control circuit and program control are designed.In the end of this article,two models of powertrain system are simulated to insure the accuracy of control model.Work efficiency of gearbox and motor integrated control system is tested on the experimental bench.The whole experiment can verify that the optimized assembly control is of great significance for the kinetic energy transfer,energy management and mileage increase.
