With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway locomotives,high-speed passenger train is the main trend of the development of today's railway industry.Rail transport safety issues become increasingly prominent.Any products are in a certain environment,being used,transported and stored under certain environmental conditions.So they cannot escape the impact of these environments,especially in the harsh conditions of the product is even more so.Vibration is a very important indicator of evaluating the safety performance of mechanical systems,civil construction,aerospace equipment,ships,and vehicles and so on.The vibration will cause the dynamic displacement of the equipment and its internal structure,and these dynamic displacements and the corresponding speed,acceleration may causing or exacerbating structural fatigue,mechanical wear of structures,components and parts.In order to obtain and study the actual structural vibration characteristics and conditions of the locomotive,it is necessary to carry out the vibration test,modal analysis and determine its modal parameters,and can calculate the structure or system in the external or internal the actual structural vibration response under excitation.This paper analyzes the external exciting force of the seat and the parts in the process of locomotive running.First,it analyzes the environment of the vehicle body,including traction,resistance,vibration and shock.Reference to France Alstom Seat and Japan Shinkansen Seat design concept,according to the Chinese adult size,design the three-dimensional model of the seat,for modern travel and lifestyle,combined with ergonomics,physiology,psychology and other multi-disciplinary knowledge,from the human point of view,optimize the seat supporting equipment(backrest,head restraint,etc.)structure and passenger function,to meet the travel needs of passengers.To the seat structure make the static analysis,modal analysis,harmonic response analysis,etc.,and then referring to the PSD spectrum test parameters of internationally accepted IEC 61373-1999 standard(railway applications-locomotive equipment-impact and vibration test),analyzing the random vibration fatigue by using simulation software.In order to ensure the static analysis results meet the design requirements,finding the reasonable design size by thickness dimension of the seats' simulation calculation in the case of keeping the seat width,seat depth,seat height unchanged.And then the design of the samples in the electric vibration test system for horizontal,vertical and vertical simulation of long life test and functional test,analyzed and verified the fatigue life of the simulation.Through the experiment to simulate the actual working environment,use the artificial high stress method to make the potential design of the product and manufacturing defects caused by the test process,Then through analyzing the failure mechanism shown by the acceleration effect to find the corresponding design or manufacturing defects and improve its structure,thereby enhancing the environmental reliability of seat,reducing costs and the design processing cycle of seat.
