Self-propelled fork lifting platform used as lifting and transporting equipment,the scissor mechanical structure so that the platform has high stability,bearing ability,large working area,is widely used in factory,airport,construction sites,residential and other construction sites.In view of the existing problems of the traditional fork lift platform,this paper focuses on the following aspects:1)Taking Mecanum wheel as the driving method of the Self-propelled Scissor Lift will get rid of the limitations from traditional drive method,such as track or rubber wheel,their turning radius bring them a poor mobility in a narrow space operation.This paper research on Mecanum wheel's roller curve,discussed several roller curve simplification premised on running smoothly and analyzed the Mecanum wheel by the transient finite element method,considering the deformation and vibration of the process that Mecanum wheel moving under heavy loads,improved the vibration conditions of Mecanum wheel by the optimization of roller curve;2)Summarizing the design parameters which impact the performance of the scissor lift mechanism,established the optimal objective function for optimization,the optimization mathematical model was solved based on response surface method,approached to the global optimal solution premised on the accuracy of response surface fitting,improved equipment performance by optimizing these design parameters and get rid of the low efficiency of the traditional design method;3)The crisis component is isolated form the environment of assembly based on the sub-model method by the fatigue analysis of the scissor lift mechanism,carried on the research separately and improved the efficiency of optimization analysis,the weight and costs of the equipment is reduced premised on meeting the designed life and safety.
