The Lifting mechanism as a branch of engineering machinery, has been widely usedin warehouses, airports, railway stations, docks, manufacturing systems and vehiclemaintenance departments. The domestic lift has been relatively stereotypes, but manyproducts still have many problems, for example, not stable enough product performance,fault much, poor reliability, and appearance is not beautiful enough. There are manyplaces to be improved in product design, technology development, etc.This paper will design mechanical structure and hydraulic system of the lift, which ismainly used in agricultural machinery lift-cane collection vehicle. As the scissor lift ismainly used in the cane collection vehicles, so it has proposed the following requirements:light weight, compact, small volume.Improve the design method of Scissor Lift Based on the actual needs. The paperestablish a rational, simple and practical design method based on mechanical engineering,mechanical design, design optimization, which we have learned. Analysis of the ScissorLife, Find the maximum, and optimize the installation parameters of the lift cylinder. Byoptimizing the installation parameters of the hydraulic cylinder can not only optimize themechanical structure of the lift to make it to be more compact, you can also optimize themaximum output power of the hydraulic system, reduce the energy consumption of thehydraulic system. When the Scissor Lift declines, it will produce a large amount ofpotential energy. In order to recover these potential energy,this paper design a potentialrecovery hydraulic system accumulator to reduce system energy consumption. TheAMESim simulation software walking key components of the hydraulic system andhydraulic system and comparison with ideal performance curve, analysis of the dynamiccharacteristics of the hydraulic system in a variety of conditions, optimize control strategy.Use the production of sugar cane collection vehicles as test subjects, to analyze thestability of its hydraulic lift system, to verify the feasibility of the design optimizationprogram.
