Three phase asynchronous motor is widely used in all walks of life,and the motor must ensure the quality of the products before leaving the factory,so it is very important to test and analyze the performance of the motor.In this paper,the test and analysis system of the three phase asynchronous motor is developed and studied according to the national standard GB/T 1032-2012 "three phase asynchronous motor test method" and the testing requirements of the motor.Firstly,the purpose of the motor test,test procedures and test methods are introduced according to the requirements of national standard and the motor testing standards.Secondly,the whole structure and communication mode of the test and analysis system are designed.The system is mainly divided into the device layer,the measurement and control layer and the monitoring layer.The equipment layer includes test motor and other equipments.The measurement and control layer refers to the collection of voltage,current,torque and other parameters of the equipment.The monitoring layer includes the IPC and UPS uninterruptible power supply.The system adopts the method that combined industrial Ethernet with RS-485 network to achieve communication.The concrete realization method of the Ethernet communication between PLC and PC,RS-485 communication between PLC and each instrument are introduced in detail.Then,according to the requirements of the system,the hardware is selected and designed.The selection of hardware equipments,such as PLC,electrical parameter measuring instrument,torque measuring instrument,temperature sensor,and so on,is completed.The parameter configuration,basic performance and usage method of the equipment are studied.The SIEMENS S7-1200 is used as the core controller of the hardware system,which controls the related equipment,collects all kinds of instrument parameters,and realizes the data communication with the host computer system.Finally,base on.NET platform,motor test and analysis system is exploited.The overall framework of the system is designed,including the library design,communication module design,database module design and the least squares method module design.The analytical data models of different kinds of tests of motor are proposed,based on the theory of least square method and took motor no-load test as an example,the collected motor parameters of voltage,current,and so on are used for the data analysis and curve fitting.And the experimental results are given.Practical operation shows that,according to the requirements of national standards,the system can achieve test,data acquisition,fault alarm,curve fitting and results analysis of different types of three-phase asynchronous motor and improve the level of automation of motor test analysis.
