Research Of Test And Analysis System Of Electric Vehicle Drive System

The core part of the electric vehicle is the drive motor system,so the performance of the drive system is directly related to the performance and safety of the electric vehicle.According to the national standard GB/T 18488-2015,the test and analysis system of electric vehicle drive system is designed to study the electric vehicle drive system and analysis its performance.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status and development trend of electric vehicle drive system and put forward a demand for system requirement and the design of plan.Then feasible scheme was proposed and the system is designed as a whole,including communication design and database design,etc.Secondly,the hardware is designed according to the system scheme.Then the electrical schematic diagram and the principle and the method of each module are given.It also introduces the selection of CP 5611 card,PLC,power analyzer,speed and torque sensor and cooling system,as well as the selection basis,performance,principle,parameter setting and operation method of those.Then the software of the system is developed.The function features of the platform that the software developed on it and the functional modules of system are introduced,including configuration module,test module,data module,curve module,user system module and help module.As well as the principle of adaptive least square method of fitting curve and the operation process of software are given in detail.Finally,the system tests and analyses the electric vehicles motor based on the national standard.After testing of the speed torque test,temperature rise test and so on,we analyze and calculate the parameters which collected through the test of the electric vehicle motor.Then the curve is fitted and the MAP diagram is formed.It can be seen from the test results that the system can analyze the performance of motor of electric vehicle and it has good practicability.
