Fly-by-wire control system is an advanced flight control system that is used by many modern aircraft.In order to ensure that the aircraft control system is stable and reliable,usually use multiple sets of backup servo system.Compared with the mechanical control system,the fly-by-wire control system has the advantages of light weight,small space occupied,no complicated link mechanism,high control precision,can reduce the installation time,reduce the maintenance cost,and is not susceptible to the influence of the ambient temperature change.IT is the realization basis of Active Control Technology.Aiming at the requirement of high reliability of flight control system,this paper designs an airplane fly-by-wire redundant rudder control system,introduces the overall design strategy of the control system,analyzes the mathematical model of the redundant rudder.The simulation results show that the design scheme is feasible and the simulation results are obtained.Then the hardware and software realization scheme of the system is given.The system uses two mechanical redundancy channels,four electrical redundancy channels,the control chip uses the TMS320F2812 DSP,uses the CPLD to complete the electrical commutation function,and designs the fault simulation box for the system,can simulate the corresponding breakdown when the system is running to get the the state and the data.The overall architecture of the system software and the control flow of the three closed-loop control strategies are introduced.The software implementation method of the redundancy fault control and current equalization control is analyzed.Finally,the rhythm control system is tested.The test results show that the whole scheme is feasible,the experimental waveform is ideal,the system is reliable,and the performance indexes can meet the design requirements of the system.
