In modern aerospace field,the integration of electric actuator(Integrated Electrical,Actuator,IEA)are widely used in permanent magnet synchronous motor(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM).It is not only an important part of IEA,but also the high link failure in the system.In order to improve the reliability of IEA system,the effective way is to improve the reliability of PMSM system.At present,the reliability of the PMSM system is improved by the redundancy technology,which is studied from two aspects:the optimization design of the motor and the motor drive control.In this paper,dual redundancy permanent magnet synchronous motor(Dual-redundancy Permanent Magnet Motor,DR-PMSM)drive control technology is studied.The topology of DR-PMSM drive control system is analyzed.The mathematical model of DR-PMSM ontology in three kinds of coordinate system is established,and the transfer function is derived.The three phase full control bridge,the current balance method and the rotor position detection channel reconstruction method of the drive control system are modeled.The current vector control method is applied to the system by the rotor magnetic field orientation method.The overall scheme of the DR-PMSM drive conrol system is designed.The speed and current double closed loop control method is adopted,and the space vector is used to control the speed of the DR-PMSM system.The current average injection method is used to solve the problem of large torque ripple and unstable operation.Using the rotor position detection channel reconstruction scheme to increase the fault tolerance of the system.The simulation model of DR-PMSM system is established in Matlab/Simulink,and the operation of the system is analyzed under two different operating modes,and the speed and current response are analyzed.The drive control system adopts "single CPU+ double drive" to ensure the reliability of the whole system.Through the analysis of the overall scheme of the drive control system,the hardware circuit of the system is divided into control circuit,power supply circuit and power driving circuit.Some key circuits are selected,the main control chip,the power drive module and the motor rotor position detection module are determined,and the hardware circuit of the drive control system is analyzed in detail.According to the requirements of DR-PMSM system performance and the hardware circuit of the drive control system,the system software is designed.The system program is modularized,including the main program,interrupt program,rotor position detection channel reconstruction method and so on.By building the PC platform of Labview virtual instrument based on NI transmission between controller and PC speed,three-phase current,voltage and other parameters and receiving,the running state of real-time display and data storage etc.Finally,the experiments are carried out,including the test of the power supply performance,the performance test of the motor,the calculation of the resolver circuit and the PWM signal test.The system is tested in cold backup and hot backup mode.In order to validate the system dynamic performance,through the host computer to send commands,the motor speed is set to 2000 rpm step instructions,DR-PMSM speed up to set the value of time is about 78ms,the system starts quickly,without overshoot,command value and the error value in the range of allowable error,dynamic response performance of the system is good.
