The safety,health and comfort of the cabin environment have attracted more and more attention.At present,there is no specific multi-sensor integrated monitoring system for cockpit environment monitoring,most of them adopted single sensor;and because of the cabin environment different from the general indoor environment,it has the characteristics of narrow,closed and supercharging demand,So the integrated monitoring system on market cannot meet the cabin environment monitoring.Study on the evaluation of cabin environment are mainly based on the questionnaire survey and the simple fitting of the measured dataA comprehensive cabin environmental quality monitoring system is designed,which can monitoring various environmental parameters,and the cabin environmental parameter evaluation model is embedded into the monitoring system to get the current cockpit environment evaluation value.The main work and results as follows:1.Based on the existing national airworthiness standards and our national environmental quality standards,proposed the cabin environment parameters' recommended threshold.Based on the existing cabin comfort survey,the environmental parameters which need to be monitored were selected according to the passengers' satisfaction of each parameter.2.Designed a hardware acquisition system with low power consumption and strong capacity of resisting disturbance,which takes STM32 as the processor,and has both analog and digital channels,achieved a variety of environmental parameters' acquisition.Considering the analog signal's isolation,and in order to collect a variety of environmental parameters with multi-channel,real-time and accuration.3.The system software platform is used as the control of the system to realize the data acquisition,display,processing,preservation and evaluation after the data fusion.The data acquisition module uses the serial port to realize the data transmission between the PC and the hardware platform.The data storage module uses the LABVIEW toolkit to build an database to save data.The data fusion is based on genetic neural network algorithm,which has high efficiency,high speed,low error,and realizes the evaluation of current cabin environment.
