| With the continuous development of China’s national economy,China’s investment increased at the same time in the manufacturing sector of the industry output have higher requirements.As an important part of industrial reducer transmission system in manufacturing industry which has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad.With the application conditions of reducer in military equipment have become increasingly demanding,in order to cope with the extreme working conditions of complex and changeable load and driving conditions,Professor Wang Jiaxu,from Chongqing University,has invented rubber alloy filter reducer after studying for several years,in order to solve and deal with vibration exists in the reducer card astringent,death card and other outstanding issues.However,with the continuous development of science and technology.Rubber material can’t meet the extreme conditions such as high temperature and low temperature and is easy to be damaged under heavy load.Professor Wang Jiaxu has proposed the concept of metal rubber,replacing rubber alloy with metal rubber.Metal rubber is a kind of metal material,the deformation compensation not only has the function of rubber alloy,and is not affected by the harsh working environment of high and low temperature,and can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the gear filter.Considering the metal rubber alloy is first applied to the filtering reducer,so this paper is at an early stage of exploration,mainly in the core parts of the metal rubber composite gear as the object of study,studies the performance of metal rubber and metal rubber composite experimental vibration performance of the gear pair.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the material properties of metal rubber material,a preliminary constitutive model of force and displacement of metal rubber material is established on the basis of the beam model.Based on the metal rubber material with 5 different density of compression experiment,the curves of the hysteresis loop and the force and displacement of metal rubber were obtained.The best curve fitting coefficient is obtained by fitting.Finally,the stiffness and damping parameters of metal rubber material are obtained.(2)Based on the structure of the original filter reducer,a new structure of metal rubber composite gear pair is presented.The basic structural parameters of the gear pair are determined by the method of deformation compatibility design.By ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the maximum deformation of gear pair under high and low temperature is simulated and analyzed.(3)Considering the effects of varying mesh stiffness and damping,gear error excitation,bearing support stiffness and damping,drive shaft torsional rigidity and damping,metal rubber radial support stiffness and damping,a bending-torsional coupled and six-freedom nonlinear vibration mode is established based on the lumped-mass method,and then,the appeal equation is solved by MATLAB programming.The virtual prototype model of the rigid flexible coupling gear pair is established by Adams virtual simulation software.The variation law of the meshing force and the vibration characteristics of the rigid flexible coupling gear pair and the metal gear pair are simulated... |
