| Metal rubber is a kind of damping material made of stainless steel wire after a certain processing technology,which can effectively play a role of damping and noise reduction in the gaps and pipelines of various equipment.Metal rubber components have been widely used in the field of national defense weapons and equipment.The metal rubber shock absorber studied in this paper is an important damping device used in the support system of the diesel engine of armored vehicles.It can play a reliable and efficient role of damping and buffing in bad working conditions.It is clearly stipulated in the national military standards that before new products are put into use,they must be subjected to random vibration tests with characteristics of various states,so as to improve and judge the reliability of products working in random vibration environment,find out the faults of products in time,and improve the reliability of weapons and equipment.This paper mainly studies the vibration characteristics of metal rubber shock absorber under harmonic excitation and random excitation,and provides reference for the design and selection of metal rubber elastic damping element in the shock absorber.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Experimental research on simple harmonic vibration characteristics of metal rubber shock absorber is carried out.Two parameters,transfer function curve and natural frequency,are used to characterize the harmonic vibration characteristics of the shock absorber.The effects of weaving process,wire diameter and relative density on harmonic vibration characteristics of shock absorber were investigated by frequency sweep test.2.Carry out theoretical and experimental research on random vibration characteristics of metal rubber shock absorber.Based on the theory of random vibration and combined with the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of metal rubber,the theoretical approximate value of random vibration response of metal rubber shock absorber was derived.The random vibration characteristics of the shock absorber are characterized by three parameters: root mean square value of acceleration response,damping efficiency and damping ratio.The influence of process parameters of metal rubber component on random vibration characteristics of shock absorber and the reason for change were investigated by random vibration test.The test results show that the wire diameter has the greatest influence on the vibration characteristics of the shock absorber,followed by the relative density and the weaving process.3.Carry out simulation research on vibration characteristics of metal rubber shock absorber.Based on the difference of mechanical properties between forming direction and nonforming direction of metal rubber material,orthogonal anisotropic damping material was used to replace metal rubber material to establish finite element simulation model.The simulation results show that the simulation results can reflect the vibration characteristics of metal rubber shock absorber under random excitation within the allowable error range. |
