Permanent magnet brushless dc(BLDC)motor control widely used in areas such as aerospace,industrial drive applications due to the large power density,large torque,easy and stable operation,etc.As power electronics and permanent-magnet technology advances,it is increasingly being applied to electric cars and hybrid cars.But because of the problem of torque ripple,it will reduce the comfort and durability of electric cars.In this paper,base on the angle of BLDC torque ripple,the paratactic type double-stator structure design,combined with its special control method to suppress the torque ripple.On the basis of analyzing the torque fluctuation of BLDC,the paper proposes a double-stator motor structure to suppress the torque fluctuation.This paper introduces the rotor structure of the double-stator motor and analyzes the driving principle of the motor.three-phase stator voltage balance equation,electromagnetic torque equation and kinematics equation were deduced for double-stator and based on the above mathematical equation to establish the Matlab/Simulink model of double motor stator,based on the analysis of the cause of the BLDC torque fluctuation,this paper expounds the double-stator motor inhibition on the basis of the principle of torque ripple are simulated,the simulation results verify the double-stator motor stator stagger angle around inhibits torque ripple this hypothesis.Then the hardware circuit and software program of the motor controller were designed according to the driving principle of the double-stator and the torque wave test.When designing the hardware circuit,the key components were first made: the selection of the control chip and the power switch tube.In fully consider double-stator motor driver characteristics on the basis of the design includes the minimum system module,power supply circuit,the rotor position detection circuit,power conversion circuit and current sampling circuit,hardware circuit,and through the simulation software of the controller of main power components-inverter power consumption simulation.The design of software programs mainly combines the rotor position detection program,the port interrupt commutation program,the TPM interrupt commutation program and the PI control program.Finally,test the key signals of the double-stator motor controller,test the left and right sides drive performance of double-stator separately,and then respectively through the open loop and closed loop testing of the double-stator of the motor driving performance.The driving performance test results show that the double-stator motor and the controller have good performance under closed loop control,and the motor can have fast performance and dynamic response ability.Based on the test platform,the torque ripple test was carried out.Test results show that the double-stator motor in stator stagger around different Angle have different torque ripple amplitude,through the comparative analysis to find the best double-stator motor working condition.
