Temperature distribution detecting in microwave applications is complex but of vital importance for control strategy and safety operation.Temperature distribution detection in microwave applications is complex,but it is critical for both control and safety operations.The temperature field detection system is mainly used to obtain one or more physical parameters reflecting the heating or combustion state in order to provide operational basis for the equipment manager,or to provide accurate information to the automated heat feedback device to automate the automatic heating of the feedback device Normal operation of the equipment.In the field of high temperature applications in a wide range of temperature field detection technology,not only can save a lot of energy,but also can optimize the production efficiency and ensure safety in production.It can be seen that a convenient,simple and fast temperature measurement method is of great significance for the measurement of temperature fields.It is important for improving the heating efficiency and production efficiency,energy saving,increasing product quality,modularizing the thermal process,and Structural design optimization,reduce the metal burn rate,to seek optimal control strategies and to avoid environmental pollution and other aspects of the existence of significant significance.Ultrasonic temperature field temperature field reconstruction technology has the advantages of simple principle of temperature measurement,non-contact,on-line measurement,wide temperature range and high precision,and is a high temperature field detection technology with wide application prospect.Based on the previous work,this paper studies the method of temperature distribution reconstruction of ultrasonic field in microwave field,and discusses the theory and simulation system of ultrasonic temperature field reconstruction algorithm.In this paper,an innovative way of temperature distribution reconstruction for ultrasonic thermometry in microwave field is investigated.Existing research principle of acoustic temperature measurement and a conventional reconstruction algorithm based on least square method are elaborated.However,this algorithm has some limitations such as the detecting area should be a rectangle,part of the reconstruction result would be missing,and even the accuracy of result might be critically unsatisfactory.In order to solve these problems,a reconstruction algorithm based on radial basis function is presented.Simulation experiments taking error analysis into consideration are designed,in which we compared the least square reconstruction algorithm and our proposed reconstruction algorithm based on three kinds of radial basis functions respectively.Experiment results demonstrate that the reconstruction algorithm based on radial basis function can overcome the drawbacks of the least square method.In addition,accuracy of the result is well improved by radial basis function reconstruction algorithm.Finally,the simulation system of ultrasonic temperature field reconstruction is designed and realized.The system can simulate the temperature field of various distributions.On this basis,the simulation is reconstructed with a variety of temperature field reconstruction algorithms,and the reconstruction capability of the measured temperature field is verified and compared.
