The aero-engine is praised as "Pearl of the crown" in the aviation industry.Its blade,as one of the key components of the engine,has a direct bearing on the final performance of the engine.In order to process the blade with high precision and good surface quality,the milling blades must be polished several times to eliminate the surface texture and stress concentration of the milling residual.But at present our country on the grinding,processing and testing is independent,the emergence of the phenomenon caused by the islands of automation and equipment integration,low information can not be timely and effective to upload downlink and other issues,which can not realize the adaptive grinding process of aero-engine blade.To solve the above problems,based on 840 D CNC Abrasive belt grinding machine and a mechanical hand,three coordinate measuring machine,digital silos and other field equipment as the research object,the grinding unit production system to build aero-engine blade digitization,automation,intelligent,integrated,in order to realize the adaptive processing of aero-engine blade.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)According to the demand analysis of aero-engine blade grinding adaptive construction of the overall framework,through the communication characteristics of heterogeneous grinding unit integrated communication interface and control network analysis,put forward the overall scheme of integration of aero-engine blade grinding system is adaptive,on-site equipment using the PROFIBUS bus connection,site equipment and applications using the OPC standard interface for communication.(2)Research on the key technologies of the integration of aero-engine blade adaptive belt grinding system.In the PFOFIBUS heterogeneous data acquisition equipment,through S7-1200 PLC implementation of the PROFIBUS bus data acquisition,and through the Ethernet Webservice interface to connect the three coordinate measuring machine to obtain the measurement results;then using OPC technology to realize communication between heterogeneous devices and applications,finally realize the whole system information integration based on industrial ethernet.(3)The overall design of the adaptive abrasive belt grinding system integrated management system is carried out,including the software organization structure and the design of functional modules,and the development of some functional modules by using Qt programming software.(4)Perform system commissioning and test verification.The exhaust edge and root of aero-engine blade surface,grinding experiments using the developed system,according to the test results and analysis,the superiority of the integrated verification system.
