Large-scale centralized air-conditioning system is widely used in industrial processes.With the development of science and technology and process requirements,the requirements of air distribution,temperature and humidity in industrial plant have also been improved.The raw materials of production are very sensitive to the temperature and humidity environment,which affect not only the quality of tobacco,breakage rate and tension of paper,but also the quality of production safety.In this paper,based on a new joint workshop air conditioning system in a tobacco factory,a collaborative control solution of large area multi-air-conditioning system is proposed.First of all,according to cold winter and heat summer in Chongqing,annual high humidity weather characteristics and the requirements of the package process environment,and different functions of the work area,air conditioning systems are designed,including air supply pipeline and layout of the humidity sensor.On the basis of conventional weighted average temperature and humidity control strategy,some temperature and humidity sensor data in the adjacent area is included in the weighted average system,and the collaborative weight coefficients are allocated to solve the possible antagonistic conditions in the adjacent regions of large space,which improves the stability and reliability of large space constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system.Secondly,using the control experience value in the local historical meteorological database,a set of PID adaptive technology is developed to realize automatic correction of the temperature and humidity,which ensures that the workshop can reach the temperature and humidity requirements faster and more stable based on the control effect without manual intervention.The robustness and high adaptability of modern fuzzy control theory can enhance precision temperature and humidity control level.The actual operation of air conditioning system adopts primary return air treatment,and the parameters of cooling and heating control strategy are optimized.Finally,the operation effect of air conditioning systems in each area of the package workshop according to the above control scheme is monitored.The results show that during typical working days of the dry season,temperature of each conditioned area in the workshop is maintained at 24±1?.During spring and winter seasons,the functional area temperature is lower than 24?,which meets the process design requirements in the dry season.During summer and autumn seasons,the temperature of functional area is higher than 25?,which basically meets the wet season temperature design requirements.The air relative humidity in the process area meets the humidity process design requirements for a whole year operation.
